Punxsutawney Phil

This is a rather silly page, of this I am aware.
But, here where I am living, winter's in the air.

Keeping that in mind and some time to fill, here's a tribute page made especially for Phil.

His name is Punxsutawney Phil, it's PA he calls home. Every Feb 2, he is far from left alone.

With pomp and circumstance the order of the day, they praise him with many tributes, much to Phils dismay.

They take him from his comfy hollow and hold him in the air.
Will Phil see his shadow or will it not be there?

We hold our breath that February morn. The crowd falls to a hush. Oh my, the wait...The anticipation is just too much!!

Tell us Phil, what do you see on this winter day?
Is spring around the corner...

or is winter here to stay?

We Thank You Phil from the bottom of our hearts.
For waking from your winters sleep to predict when spring will start.
